The Well Certified Network

 We believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to excel.

The ExceleratHERS- Well Certified Network, established by The Well Initiative Women’s Association, aims to acknowledge and promote excellence and empowerment in businesses and consultants, with a particular focus on advancing women.

​

Members Receive Special Access: Whether you need help advancing your career, improving your mental health, or managing your finances, we can connect you with the right resources. Our ExceleratHERS are carefully vetted and committed to helping women achieve their goals.

Process & Criteria 

To achieve certification, businesses and consultants must meet the following criteria:

For Businesses

  1. Empowerment Commitment: Dedication to advancing women's empowerment within the organization and the broader community.

  2. Excellence in Business: A proven track record of delivering high-quality products or services.

  3. Ethical Practices: Demonstrated adherence to ethical and responsible business practices, including fair employment, sustainable sourcing, social responsibility, and an integrity.

  4. Community Engagement:Active involvement in initiatives that benefit and uplift the community, especially with a focus on women's well-being and empowerment.

For Consultants

  1. Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in their respective fields or areas of consultancy.

  2.  Empowerment Commitment: A commitment to championing and supporting women through their consultancy services.

  3. Ethical Consultancy: Adherence to ethical standards in consulting, including transparent practices and respect for clients personally and their intellectual property

  4. Community Involvement:Active participation in initiatives that contribute to the well-being and advancement of women in the community.

Certification Process:

We've designed the process to be straightforward

Choice Between Application or Nomination Submission:

  • Open Applications: If you're a business or consultant seeking certification, you can complete an application. Share your story and evidence that align with our criteria. It's an inclusive approach, welcoming all to express their commitment.

  •  Community Nominations: Concurrently, members of the community, stakeholders, or even currently certified entities can nominate other businesses and consultants they believe strongly exemplify the program's values and criteria.

Documentation Review:

Our Certification Committee evaluates both applications and nominations, applying the same criteria to ensure fairness. We maintain integrity and minimize subjectivity.

Evaluation and Interviews:

 As part of the process, the committee may conduct interviews or assessments to better understand applicants.

 Decision and Notification:

The Certification Committee determines who receives certification. Entities meeting the criteria are certified, while those who don't receive feedback and guidance.

 Certification Renewal (Biennial):

Certification remains valid for two years. Certified entities must undergo a renewal process to ensure continued alignment with program criteria.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution:

  • Should you encounter an issue, reach out to us in writing. We have an equitable process to address complaints or disputes related to certification.

  • An impartial committee of Well Initiative members, separate from the Certification Committee, investigates and resolves complaints. They carefully consider all relevant information to reach a fair and unbiased decision.

  • The decision is communicated to both the complainant and the certified entity involved. Appropriate actions, whether corrective measures or certification revocation, are taken based on the nature and severity of the issue.

  • We are committed to ensuring that complaints and disputes are resolved fairly and promptly, with the ultimate goal of upholding the integrity and credibility of the Excelerators-Well Certified Network.
