01

Application Submission

Individuals seeking assistance submit their applications through our website’s designated application.

08

Applicants are promptly informed of the decision regarding their application. Those approved are provided with details on the allocated funding amount and the process for receiving the funds.

02

Initial Review

09

Disbursement

The Well administrator reviews each application for completeness and compliance with the fund's guidelines.

  • Applications that are incomplete or do not meet the criteria are regrettably rejected at this stage.

Funds are disbursed directly to the applicant or the relevant service provider, depending on the nature of the situation (e.g., medical bills, educational expenses).

03

Categorization

Applications are categorized based on the type of support (e.g., physical health, mental health, economic relief, etc.) to better assess and address the specific needs.

10

Documentation and Reporting

Thorough records are kept for each application, including approvals, disbursements, and communication with applicants.

  •    Regular reporting on fund utilization is maintained to ensure transparency and accountability.

04

Needs Assessment

A detailed needs assessment is conducted for each eligible application. This includes:

  •      Verification of financial information, such as monthly income, expenses, and dependents.

  •      Evaluation of the applicant's requested funding amount within the $10 to $500 range.

  •      Assessment of the urgency and severity of the support needed.

  •      Review of supporting documentation to confirm the authenticity.

05

Scoring and Prioritization

Applications are scored or prioritized based on a predefined set of criteria. The criteria may include financial need, emergency severity, and alignment with the fund's mission.

  • Priority is given to applications with the most compelling and urgent circumstances.

06

Member Vouching (if applicable)

Funds are allocated to eligible applicants based on their scores or priorities, and in consideration of the available budget.

11

Follow-Up

After receiving assistance, applicants are encouraged to provide feedback on how the funds have impacted their situation. This feedback is valuable for assessing the effectiveness of the fund.

12

Compliance and Yearly Limit
